Your personal data is collected within the scope of booking appointments on the phone, through the website or by filling out forms upon visiting our clinic, patient registration procedures, and filling out printed forms and surveys.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of carrying out appointment processes, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, keeping patient records, and fulfilling legal obligations.
YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, and to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
